I love to sew! I have been a busy little beaver! I made a tables runners for mothers day , birthday gifts for Lacy, Cody, & Shanna, a Surgery gift for Lacy, and helped my friend Morgan make a table runner for her mom. I also have been busy with school. I ended up getting a 4.0 this last semester!!! Why isn't there enough time in the day to sew more?

It was so weird the other day... I realized my hair is finely long again. O how I have missed it. Check out the wicked awesome drapes I made for the kitchen! Love them! I also have been baby gifts for people in our ward. Seems like every other week someone is popping out a little bundle of joy. Isn't this whale the cutest thing you have ever seen. I have a bunch more with different animals and things on them. I will take more pictures.

Adam and I have been really busy with the house. Right now on the weekends we have been working on the basement. It's actually been fun for me to learn how to saw boards, shoot concrete nails , use a nail gun, measure the right way and a whole bunch of things I had no idea how to do. I'm hoping we can have the basement finished by next fall. We have so many plans I don't know how we will possible get to everything. Our Up stairs bathroom is going to be split into 2, also I want a garden, O and I want to can fruit and jams this summer, and go camping..... and I'm sure that will keep a busy for a while.

I have a new happy place. Our pair bedroom as been made into my sewing room. I love it because I can just go in there every second I get and make something! I have been making the pink and green quilt for school. I have made 2 table runners (Valentines and st. Patrick's day) Its been really fun.

I have decided to maybe start blogging again. I was just a little burned out when I stopped in December. I know that I don't always have the best grammar so I apologize. I really love reading everyone else's blogs so thank you! I love keeping up on whats going on with your family's.
I am currently on my 5th round of Clomid and we have our fingers crossed! Hope we finally get pregnant. It seems like that 2 year mark is creeping closer and closer. I really really hope that 2011 is the year of the baby for us. One thing I have been doing to keep my mind busy is sewing! I love it and it is so fun to think of things to make. I will upload some pictures of the things I have been making lately. School has been going well. Adam and I are great (besides the non pregnant thing) I feel like we are so much closer than we ever used to be. I love him so much and he treats me like a little princess. Everyday I cant wait for him to get home after work so we can hang out. I know one thing and that is when we finally do have a child it is going to be loved so much because Adam and I have so much love for each other. And that's how it should be. I cant wait to blog about a baby! But for now we are suck with just little old Adam and Krystal .

I am writing today about some bad news. I have been struggling with the decision to share or not...... I hope that writing a little bit will promote some healing. Recently Adam and I were blessed to find out that we were expecting. I was so excited! Finally after 15 long months it happened. Right as soon as I got off work I rushed to Adam's work so I could tell him the wonderful news. I bought the cutest little t shirt and wrapped it up and then gave it to him. It was such a happy and sweet moment when he put to and to together. Needless to say we were overjoyed. I started going to the doctor to make sure my pregnancy hormones were doing what they were supposed to do. We found that they seemed to be a bit sluggish but still rising ( within range) so things were going well. They were concerned that the pregnancy may not go well but we were determined to keep things positive. On Thanksgiving day I was 6 weeks along. That night I started feeling pain on my right side and we decided to go the the ER just to make sure everything was ok. I ended up having to stay overnight and into the next day. I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy and shortly after started to miscarry. The whole experience has been one of the most painful things I have ever gone through both physically and emotionally. Due to some of the medication I had to take we have to wait up to 6 months before we can try again to conceive. 6 months seems like an eternity and I am hoping we don't have to wait the whole time. I am coming to accept Heavenly Father's will although it is extremely difficult. I have been touched by all of the love and support that I have received. My husband has been my rock and I am so thankful for him. Having a m/c was one of my worst fears but I survived and I hope I am learning whatever lesson I am supposed to. I hope with time that my heart will heal and I hope Adam and I will be able to have a little family of our own some day.

We finally finished the kitchen!!!! I am so excited to show you guys. We worked so hard on it, but it all was worth it. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to complete after work and on the weekends. As you can see we re-did the countertops, pulled out the white appliances, tiled the backsplash, sanded, primed & painted the cabinets, and painted the walls. Oh, we also built a breakfast bar! I am super happy with the way it turned out. I still need to accessorize but at least I can cook. It was hard not being able to cook, so we ate a ton of cereal and things that just needed to be warmed up. What do you think??

Ok ok! Sorry that I haven't written for so long. The past week has been absolutely crazy. We closed on the house on the 26th and it has been work, work, work ever since. The move went amazing. The Apple Valley Ward helped us move everything out of our apartment. It went so fast. I served everyone chocolate milk and doughnuts, yum, yum! Then we headed off to Maple Grove where our new ward helped us move everything in. I ordered some pizza for them.... some payment huh? Oh, and someone brought us dinner and someone else left us a plant on the doorstep. Nice huh? They were all great and we couldn't have done it without them. We are so blessed and so excited to finally be in a house. We started unpacking and it was like Christmas because I forgot about a ton of things that we have. I haven't a lot of it for like 6 months because we didn't unpack everything until now. We decided to repaint all of the cabinets in the kitchen. Holy crap!! What a big job! They were a very dark brown color and looked out-dated. So we have been sanding , priming, painting, and painting some more for the past week. They are almost all done! They look completely different. We painted them an off-white bone color and we are going to antique them. We're also planning on redoing the backsplash and countertops. We found some rad deals on Craigslist and got all black appliances. I love good deals. We also painted the master bedroom teal. My fav! I love the way it turned out. Halloween went fast since it was the day after moving day and all. It was so fun to hand out candy to all of the cute little kiddies. Everything is still a huge mess but I will try and take some pictures this weekend and post them.

We found a house! I am so excited!!! It's amazing how things work out better than we imagined. We have been looking and looking for a house and we almost bought like 4, but nothing worked out until now. At the time it was really hard because we kept thinking there couldn't be anything better, but then right at the perfect time we found this house right after they had droped the price. We put our offer in right away and after 3 weeks our offer was accepted. I can't wait to move in and start putting stuff away. It's in Maple Grove, MN. It's close to Adam's work and right by an amazing lake. The lake has a biking/walking path around it which also leads to some really cool trails. We went to our new ward today and it seems like we will fit right in. There were a lot of people from Utah...who are orphans like us (with no family out here). I am hoping we can make some friends. We are closing and start moving on Tuesday this week. I plan on taking pictures so all can see! Wish us luck with our busy week.

O Fall how I love thee! Really I do love fall and all of the fun things that come with it. I have been really getting in the mood. I made some butternut squash soup, bought some fall smelling wallflowers from b@b (holy crap the "fall leaves"and "cranberry woods" ones smell so good!), and have gone outside a ton to enjoy the leaves. I couldn't resist putting some photos up and I had a very hard time choosing which ones because I love them all. On Sunday Adam and I went to our friends, Erin and Bradly's, house to watch conference. It was great and I made some delicious taco soup. After conference we went to Maple Grove (right close to the the house we are trying to buy.. fingers crossed! 4th time's the charm) where there is one of the most amazing trails. It goes all the way around Rice Lake and then to Elm Creek Park Reserve. I have to say MN is growing on me.

Adam had his 29th birthday this week. I surprised him with some of his favorite things... twins tickets , soup in bread bowls before the game, some oatmeal raisin cookies form subway, market pantry brand fruit snacks and a few new tools. I know him so well. I am so happy that 29 years ago a little baby boy was born that would some day be my husband. We had a great time at the game even thought it was a little chilly. Minneapolis has a new baseball Field and it is amazing. The sky line of down town Minneapolis is so cool and no matter where you sit you can see everything.

The other big news of the week is that the bank finally( after 2 weeks) excepted our offer on the house we want. We still have to have and inspection and a radon test. But after that we will have to decide if we want it. I am super SUPER excited about this one and I hope everything works out. I can't stop thinking about it and I have already planed out paint colors, furniture arrangements, how I want to spruce up the yard and a hole bunch of other projects. We will have to see what the next week brings :).

Today we went to a Renaissance festival in Shakopee. It was kinda fun (would have been more fun with kids). We had some ginormous turkey legs and they look gross but they were delicious. We saw some jousting, fire juggling, and a bunch of odd people. OOOh and we also had some Carmel apples with Cinnamon ice cream. So much for my diet! Some times I just have to cheat or I'll go insane.

We went to Nauvoo this weekend and had a great time. We went through the temple and then went down to the town and saw all of the houses and other old buildings. We also drove to Carthage and saw the jail. It has been about 15 years sense Adam was there and about 5 years for me. Wow its amazing all of the things that the pioneers did. We drove down to this spot over looking the Mississippi where they have a plaque with all of the names of the people that never made it to the Salt lake valley. We both had relatives on the it and I kept thinking about how lucky I am that I never had to cross the plains. Or ever have my husband leave and have to go on a mission after we were married for more then 2 years. I never had my family die along the way or have to leave everything behind. I am so blessed to live in this time. Also at that spot over looking the river it tells about them crossing the Mississippi while it was frozen over and we walked on the very road that they had all lined up the wagons to head west. How scary that would be..... Thank you pioneers for being so strong and brave.

I had a really spiritual experience while I was in the temple. Adam and I had been rushing to get to the 9:00 session and we got their just in time. right as soon as I sat down I started have some horrible cramps ( I think all of the fertility meds and hormones make Aunt flow 10x more painful then normal). So I was sitting there sweating bullets and thinking I don't know if I am going to be able to do this. I was almost in tears and I just said a little prayer asking Heavenly Father if he could please just take the cramps away tell I was done in the temple. The most amazing thing happened... they went away . I don't really ever get answers to my prayers so fast, most of the time I have to be patient. I am so thankful that I was able to make it through the temple and I felt the spirit so strong. I know Heavenly Father is aware of me and if it was right for me to have a baby right now he would help that happen. I had some setbacks just today with my next cycle getting cancelled until next month. It really sucks but that's just the way it is. I will survive and I guess I am just not ready to be a momma yet. Maybe it will be nice to take a break.....

My sweet husband had these gorgeous long stem pink roses delivered to my work yesterday. I was having a bad day but the funny thing is he didn't know I was until after he had ordered the flowers. I wish you could smell and see them in real life. What a sweetheart Adam is. I think I'll keep him.

Adam and I went to the Minnesota state fair last night. It was so busy and while we were there we saw some smoothies that looked so good. They were really expensive so we decided to go home and make our own. Adam smoothie had ; peach yogurt, peaches, raspberry sorbet, ice, pineapple and pina colada mix. Mine had ; peaches, peach yogurt, figs, pineapple, ice, and pina colada mix. They were so yummy and let me tell you everything tastes good when you use a pineapple as a cup! o and this picture was taken at like 11:30 last night so I look tired and Adam looks crazy lol!!! (s0 lets pretend that we don't really look this ugly all the time)

Well sorry its been so long. I can't say I have been that busy .... I'd say more lazy. Well any hoo this last round of clomid made me have 2 follicles! yahoo!!!!!!! I was so surprised because last time I had to keep coming back to the doctor to have ultrasounds to see if any follicles would grow. But this time it was the first ultrasound after clomid and kaboom 2 awesome looking follicles. So they had me do my ovidrill injection (in my stomach :( good thing I'm not to squeamish) right at 5 that day. That shoot hopefully made me ovulate and now I'm on the 2 week wait to see if I'm prego. They also have been having me do progesterone which makes me have HOT flashes. Holy cow I thought clomid hot flashes wore bad. Thank goodness all of the Lady's at my work have to the AC cranked up. Waiting 2 weeks seems like an eternity. I wish that a woman could tell right away that she is pregnant. I have been googling it to see if any ladys knew before they waited tell their Aunt flow was late. Some people acutely did know. But unfortunately for 99% of us we have to wait. I figure I have been waiting this long and I guess I will survive. Heck! I don't really feel any different and I have been doing my best to not get my hopes up at every little cramp.

We also just recently put an offer on a house!! Sadly the last 2 we put offers on got better offers and we didn't get them. I hope hope hope we get this one. I feel like maybe we didn't get the other ones because this next house is the one for us. I love it and I can totally think of all the cool paint colors and improvements we could do. Lately Adam and I have been going on dates to Home Depot, Menards and Lowes (how romantic!) to price out how much it would cost to fix things in these houses. We having been looking at houses that just need a little love and a fresh coat of paint. I am definitely going to take before and after pictures of any house we get. That was one mistake I didn't do with our last one. I am so lucky to have a husband that can fix almost anything. We both had parents that had rental houses while we were growing up and we learned a lot about remodeling. I like to think we are pretty handy and the feeling of accomplishment when something that was once ugly is transformed into something beautiful is priceless.

I don't know if I mention that I was called to be a Mai Maid teacher in young womens. I have really loved this calling. The girls are so amazing and I look forward to the lessons that I teach them. Today our lesson was on " preaching to gospel " and we had a great time learning the things Heavenly father wants us to do in spreading the gospel. The church has recently put out some new TV and radio commercials about Mormons. I know they are only doing it in select states and luckily MN is one of them. They give me cold chills every time I hear or watch one. At the end of the commecials they ask you to go to mormon.org to learn more. Mormon.org is this way cool web site that lets you as a member make a profile and share your thoughts about the church. Also you can go and read about tuns of other Mormons. It is so cool and I am so excited that the church as organized another way to spread the gospel. Our Realtor found out we were LDS and he asked us about the commercials and it gave us the perfect opportunity to share a little about us and what we believe. I am so grateful to Heavenly Father! He gives me so many opportunity's to strengthen my testimony.

Lacy came to visit a few weeks ago. The 3 of us had a great time. We had a ruff start because there was a tornado warning the first night she flew in. But we survived. We went swimming,tanning,to the zoo, out to eat, to eclipse, shopping, to a theme park, the science museum, and a bunch of other fun stuff. I love my little lacy bug so much and I am so glad she came. I miss her !! I miss everyone.

Well I am now on my second round of clomid. It gives me hot flashes! I have been waking up in the middle of the night dying cuz I am so stinking hot. I feel like even my toes are sweating. The first round did almost nothing. I only produced 2 follicles and they really didnt go much bigger then all of the cysts on my ovaries. So here we go again round 2 first provera so I can have a period and then clomid. I have had some beasty nurses and some nice ones. I have started learning there names so If I have questions (which is often) I can ask for a nice one.
Adam and I are still house hunting. We found a few we like but we are cautious because we don't want to get in to far over our heads. I did get a car finally after 5 months. Its a electric blue 05 chev cobalt. Its a automatic! Yahoo no more driving our truck through bumper to bumper traffic. Its like first gear is too fast and you have to keep pushing in the clutch and shifting into first and then out and then in and then out and in! Its madding! But now at least I have an automatic. And its a color I love , it has automatic door locks and windows and that is a huge step up from the old green avocado car I used to have. I cant wait to have a little baby in the back. A car seat is gonna fit perfect!

Well as some of you know we have been seeing a fertility specialist. I just found out today that I have PCOS ( poly cystic ovarian syndrome). I am really bummed. But we are going to try clomed for the next few months... I hope it works! I am trying my best not to loose hope and also not to get my hopes up to much. I keep thinking that I couldn't possably want a baby any more then I do right now. But then more time goes by and I want one more and more. I have been having blood test and doing all sorts of pills and I just keep thinking that it will be all worth it in the end. I hope that it doesn't take us to much longer. I wont complain when i get morning sickness, or have an aching back, stretch marks, and what ever else comes with being pregnant. I will just be so happy and thankful.

Last weekend Adam and I got sick of sitting around the house. So we got on line and found some really cool trails up north. We hit one little snag when my oil plug fell out and all of my oil drained out. We had to go to a town near by and get a new one. It was so nice to get out and ride hard. We were so hot afterward we took a dip in the lake. It felt great!

We went to a twins game last week and it was so fun. Adam got the tickets for free !! We where really close and the new stadium was amazing. The only thing that would have made it better was if the twins had won. ha ha

Bye bye old house! I'll miss you more then you know..... the squeaky floor board at the top of the stairs... the teeny tiny kitchen..(I had to hum the tetres song when I put stuff away)... the paint colors the we so lovingly chose... we laid every tile and painted every room and made it our own. I am so grateful that Adam and I had a great place to start our lives together. And I hope the the new couple the bought our house love it as much as we did :).

Happy graduation Adam! I felt like crying with I saw him walk across that stage. He has worked so hard for this and I am so proud of him. I can't believe it has been 2 years.Time is flying by so fast! In about a week we will be heading to Minnesota to find a place to live ( wish me luck) . And in about 2 weeks we will be moving.....( thank goodness GM is moving us). o and did I mention that we are in the process of selling our house. I sold my car (haven't found another yet). We just got new phones because our old contract had expired ( the Sprint Hero is amazing and I don't know how I ever lived with out it.... Ill never be board again!!!). Adams start date is June first and we have a tun to do in the next little while. I cant stop thinking about how blessed we are and I am so grateful for every little moment. We had a great BBQ with the family today and it was so nice to have all the little kids running every where. I am going to miss everyone so much and I hope that we can keep in touch.

We went to Grand Targhee (Driggs Idaho+Wyoming) this weekend. We had a lot of fun and I am sore everywhere to prove it! It was pretty cold the first day but the second was a lot better. Adam got pulled over twice in a 24hour period on the same road. Luckily by 2 different nice cops. The first one was in Idaho and we hadn't put our newest insurance card in the car so we could have been given a ticket for that and

speeding. But we got a warning! The second time

was the next day on the same road and Adam was driving his parents car.

We had just called and told his brother to slow down because there were a lot of cops on this road...... dun dun dun ! we got pulled over by a Wyoming cop and his mom didn't have a current insurance card either! O and yes we were going 30 in a 25. But he gave us a warning too. I was so funny and I'm so glad we didn't get 2 tickets.

Why have I not written for so long? Well life has been so crazy and time seems to be slipping right between my fingers. I cant believe Adam only has 2 more weeks of school. It seems like just a few months ago he was starting. Now he is almost done and we will soon be on our way to MN. I feel like lately I need to cherish every second I have with my family and friends. We will soon be moving and I wont have access to them like I do know. I keep trying to think of ways that I can let everyone know how much I love them. I hope that know deep down. Lately I feel like I'm turning a corner in my life. Things will never be the same. We are selling the house, my car, and anything else that needs to be left behind. I am scared of the future... I worry and fret that I will miss everyone and everything. But I need to be brave and accept what is going to happen. I need to be grateful that Adam has a job and I am. I love my husband dearly and I am so grateful for his sacrifice. I come home at night and see him studying and I am so glad I have him. We have had some major trails and stresses this last few months and I don't think I could handle it with out him.

I also feel like I am turning into an obsessive freak because we started trying to have a baby. That hasn't worked out so well. Its been 9 long months and still nothing. I feel like anyone who comes in contact with me gets pregnant.....(ok ok not my mom or grama) but anyone of child bearing age is. I feel bad for Adam because I cry every time someone new tells me they are expecting. I know deep down that everything will be ok in the end. But its still hard. I feel so helpless because I have read countless books, listened to tuns of advice and tried to be as patient as passable. It seems like the stars have to aline and things have to be just so..... but then I listen to girls that try for a month and WABAM a baby pops out in 9 months! How is this possible. Well technicaly speaking I know how it works , you start with an egg and 1 little spermy ...... yada yada yada. I just long for a baby to call my own. A beautiful child that looks like my sweet husband and I. I see my friends and family with there babies and children and I cant help but want for a little family of my own. This must be a trial that I am meant to bare and I hope I can learn what HF wants me to. I am so grateful for Nancy who listens to me complain and go on an on about everything. Thank you for being there for me and I love and appreciate you. Sorry to anyone who becomes pregnant around me....I will do my very best to not get jealous.

Merry Christmas! And a Happy New Year! Adam and I had a great Christmas. Over the holidays Adam and I had to decide what job we wanted to take. After much prayer and worrying we finally made a choice. We will be working for General Mills in Minneapolis Minnesota. We both feel really good about the decision. There were several other offers and we feel so blessed to have choices. I am both excited and stressed about moving. Adam has one more semester and then we are on our way to MN. I may even go back to school when we get there, we have found a RN program that looks so cool. I hope the year 2010 brings us as much happiness as 2009 did.

The first week in December the Larsen family went down to Cancun Mexico! We had a great time. We went to the beach ( I forget how disgusting the ocean tastes! Yuck). One day to Tulum and One to Chicinitza. I loved the ruins, they were so interesting. We also got to go into some senotes (caves). They had fresh water in the bottom that the Mayans uses for drinking. O and of course shopping! Sadly we didn't buy the sexy sombreros. We all got a little sick :( but we made the most of it went we felt good. I definitely got my fill of Vit D from the sun and it was great!

Happy Thanksgiving/ Anniversary! Adam and I were Married 2 years ago on the first of December. O how I love my Addypoo. :) Adam and I went to the hot springs in Preston Idaho, ghetto I know. But we made the best of a tight budget. It was so nice to think about how much fun that we have had in 2 years. I am so thankful for him and all of my many blessings!

So I sit here and write today about the one to the biggest decisions we will have to make in our intiere lives . Adam is starting to interview for jobs. Yikes! He has and offer from Cummins ( Columbus Indiana) and General Mills ( Minneapolis Minnesota). And he still has more interviews, they are in California, Texas,and somewhere we don't even know of yet. Its so crazy to think this little farm girl from Lake Shore Utah could end up out in there in the world. I feel like Utah is kinda its own little country . Part of me is really excited but part the of me is so stressed and sad about leaving my family and friends behind. I know that I will find nice people and members of the church that will become my new friends. But I am still apprehensive. Adam getting a job is a really great thing but its going to change our lives. What ever job/place we choose is going to be where we buy a house, start a family, meet new people and just be. I know that for the next 6 months while Adam is still in school I am really going to saver every thing about still being in Utah, near family and things that are familiar. I know that what ever happens and where ever we go it will be ok. I hope Adam and I grow even closer together as we go through this big transition. I feel so blessed because we have so much technology. I will always be able to pick up the phone or hop on a plain and keep in touch with everyone here. I'm so glad that I didn't have to be a pioneer. They had to leave everything knowing they' ed probably never see it again. I also feel so thankful and blessed because I have so many wonderful people in my life. My husband is so freakin amazing! I love him so much and I couldn't live with out him. While we where out in Indiana we also went out with a relater. We loved the city of Columbus because it took like 15 min to get out into the country. I was so beautiful with all the fall colors and they had so many trees. I really could see us living out there. We found this amazing house on line before we went out there. I never expected that we would ever be able to go in it. but the relater got us and appointment and away we went. It was like my dream home. maybe some day we could have one like it. ;)

Adam and I had the opportunity to go to Columbus Indiana for the weekend! It was so fun to go out and explore somewhere new. We went out because Adam got an offer from Cummins. Cummins flew us out there to see if we liked to city and the job. We haven't excepted Cummins yet and we actually got an offer from General mills yesterday. GM is in Minnesota so we could end up there too. Indiana was so amazing! We stayed at a place called hotel Indigo. It was like Ikea x 10!!! It was really cool and the city of Columbus was great because they had a ton of artsy buildings. Cummins is such a big part of the town so that they made a deal with the city and said if they wanted to build a new something like a library or school Cummins would pay architect fees. So the city would pay for the building and Cummins would pay the architect fees and now they have some really unique structures. P.S. Yes in the above picture Adam its trying to kiss his own butt! I ask the man to pose and this it what I get........ I sure the that man, even if he is a nerd.

Lacy and I went for one last swim at the Spanish Fork Reservoir! We kept trying to jump when the camera took the picture, Obviously it didn't work too well. We are kinda special. It was nice to get out one more time before it got cold. I sure love my lil Lacy bug.

We went to Idaho falls a few weeks ago, it was

our last hooo haaa before school started. These guys are all getting their MBAs together. Cory& Erin, Adam & I, Cody & Alicia , Rustin & Nikki. It's so great to have good friends! It was such nice water at Ririe reservoir too. Adam and I learned how to wake surf, it was kinda hard! But now we are 3 wks into school and reality has set in. We all just keep counting the months and days 'til April! Then we will be rich!!!! jk

The craziest thing happened last Wednesday. I went to work like normal to the plasma center, it had been raining all day, but I didn't think much of it. A couple of hours into my shift, an alert came over the radio warning us to take shelter because a tornado had been spotted nearby. There were over 70 patients that had to be unhooked so they could take shelter and get away from the windows. We listened to the radio for the next couple of hours and the warnings kept being extended as more tornadoes were spotted. Finally after waiting and waiting, it was decided that we would close the office. It was the craziest day. I am glad that I didn't get blown away!

We Are home! I am so happy to be back in Utah! We had a rough start getting home. As we loaded the truck with all of our stuff we got drenched! It rained cats and dogs all day and we were soaked to the bone; there wasnt much we could do about it because all of our dry clothes were packed away. We saw a really cool rainbow and I wish I could have fit it in a pic but it was way too big. The sunset it so weird back east. It is so flat the sunset lasts forever and the sun looks like it tuches the ground. Neither of us had sunglasses and we both got sunburned eyes. Adam found some riding glasses but they didnt work so well. At least they look cute on him. lol! We drove 20 hours and never want to drive that far again. Top 5 things I am thankful for:

1- I dont have to pay a dollar every time I want to wash

2- I have a dishwasher

3- I have my own bed that isn't a foam pad

4- I have matching dishes

5- I have my own tv so I don't have to watch baseball anymore!!!

Yeehaw! We have less then 3 weeks tell we come home! I cant wait to see everyone. Its really going to be great to wash clothes when ever I want and not have to pay! Mom , Dad and Wyatt came for a little visit this last weekend. It was so fun, we went to the Mall of America, Stillwater (antique shopping), the Zoo, toured a steel mill ,to Lake Calhoun, Lake Silvia,to church, farm land watching , played cards and out to eat a lot! I gained 4lbs because we had such yummy food. Dad complemented the owner of a Italian place we went to and they gave us free appetizers, ice cream, and wine! We gave the wine to Dads Steel friend. At Stillwater Mom Spent 2 hours in one antique store. Wow that's a long time, I thinks she would have stayed longer but we talked her out of it. I think Dads favorite part was driving out in the country checking out the farm land. Wyatt loved the Mall because he went to the theme park while we went shopping.

Yesterday we went to a butterfly conservatory! It was so fun because I have never been so close to so many butterflies. They were so cool and they let you get so close, they didn't even fly away. I wish I could have stayed there all day. This isn't even 1/2 of the kinds they had.

I started my new job yesterday. Craziness.... I like it so far, the only thing that sucks is they want you to do a lot of tests and reading. I feel like I am going back to school. But I did get to go out on the floor to day and that was so fun. The floor is were they have all the people donating plasma. I am learning so much about it and it's so interesting. I learned how to set up the plasma IV set today and I feel like I caught on pretty quickly. I wish I would have got this job a month and 1/2 ago. But that's how things go. ;)

We went to the Zoo on Saturday and it was really fun. My favorite part was the atrium. It was so amazing, it had flowers, trees, and every kind of plant you could think of. We also saw a bunch of animals and it was free.

We had a great Saturday in the sun! We rode our bikes to the Zoo and all around town. all in all about 20 miles. My legs and butt are killing me!!! We also went to Lake Calhoun and found the coolest contraption! I want one of these swingy things at my house. I felt like I was going to fly off into the middle of the lake.

So I got a new bike! Pretty sweet huh. I almost feel bad about old hermy. But it was time to move on I guess. I love the hot pink on the rims and the seat feels like a pillow! Adam and I went for a ride already and we switched for a min and I rode his new bike and he didn't want to give mine back, what a little stinker. Any one want to go on a bike ride? :)

For the 4th we went with some friends to Still Water. It was such a cute town. The river divides the state line of Wisconsin and Minnesota. It was kind of a shock because I didn't realize how close we were to Wisconsin. We had a little picnic and ate the most delicious somores. Seriously I cant resist those little things. We also went into Minneapolis to watch the fireworks form this really cool bridge. I wish you guys could see it better the bridge has these really cool arches that light up the Mississippi. All in all we had a great weekend! I have to admit I did get a little home sick.... its just not the same with out family. But I'm glad we stayed busy because then I didn't think about missing every one as much. :)

On Thursday and Friday Adam and I went to Duluth! It was so sweet. I booked a little tour /lunch cruise on a boat. It was so weird because in the morning it was about 70 but in the time we went on our 1 1/2 hr boat ride it got so so so cold, like 55! So we had to got back to the truck and put more clothes on. We went to a few light houses the one you see on the big rock is called Split Rock. Lake Superior was and amazing!

We fed the missionaries tonight. I cooked 3 and 1/2 lbs of meat for sloppy joes , 16 buns, 1 huge watermelon & fruit salad , Popsicles , ricecrispy treats and a grate big bag of chips! Its all gone! I'm glad I went back to the store and got more earlier today. They are sweet boys, I hope I fed them enough!

About week or so ago Adam and I had a so much fun! His work had this charity thing and they needed 5 people to go and go-cart race from Cummins. Well only a few signed up so they let me go too! There were 7 teams of 5 people all from different companies. The race was a 75 lap course and each person had to go at least one time. I think I did about 10 laps and let the other guys on my team do the rest. Adam had the best times around the track out of everyone. It took about an hour for the race to be finished. Yeeehawwwww!!!!!!!!!!!

Adam and I named our apartment " Uncle Nasty". Fitting I think. Its been so hot and humid we wake up in the morning stuck to the bed. I have to take cold showers to cool off. :/ Also we plan to buy a gun to shoot the dang bird that cheeps out side our window at 4 AM. Seriously as if the trains in the back yard aren't enough noise during the night! I got ear plugs but they don't work so well. o well at least its cooler at night. :)

Check out the newest member of our family! This sweet vintage bike cost a whopping 15$. I rode it about 5 miles on Friday and my butt is still sore. We named him Herman! Beautiful isn't he!

At Lake Calhoun we rented a tandem bike! It was so fun, then we layed out for about an hour. I was amazed that we didn't get sunburned. I forgot its not like Utah. In Utah you get fried to a crisp in about 10 min.

I have really been enjoying Minneapolis! I have never lived outside of Utah before and its so fun to go out and explore everything around my apartment. Its crazy how much we take for granted when we live at home and know where things are and have friends/family close. I will defiantly come away from this summer a better and more rounded person. I have made a few friends that have really made life a little sweeter. Adam has been such a great support and source of strength for me. I think this summer will be a great growing experience for our marriage. I am so glad I'm not alone out here. Having my best friend with me all the time makes me remember why I fell in love with him in the first place. When we were at home in Utah I think we got raped up in our day to day lives with him going to school and having to study so much and me having my job and family. I think we kinda drifted a little because we didn't have to depend on each other as much. Out here its not just me its us and we have had so much fun together! I love having him all to my self. I have shed a lot of tears in the last three weeks but I know that everything will work out and that if I don't find a job I will survive. I'll Just be a little bored.
